
Job description
The Staff Engineer, Customer Quality plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction within the Commercial and Industrial Business Group. This position provides advanced engineering expertise to resolve complex product quality issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service.
Lead complex root cause investigations on product quality issues, design and develop advanced diagnostic approaches, implement corrective actions, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
This role requires strong problem-solving capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and technical expertise in electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in new product design and development, and be able to work independently and apply engineering knowledge to improve products/processes.
