General Atlantic is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support our Financial Services Team. The successful candidate will be exceptionally strong in time management, organization, multi-tasking, detail oriented and managing multiple senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deliver white-glove executive support, ensuring effective time management and focus for senior leaders
• Proactively manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements (air, ground, and accommodations), often anticipating needs before they arise
• Collaborate with Executive Assistants across all departments to ensure seamless execution of firm-wide initiatives
• Organize and reserve meeting spaces and expertly handle logistics for conferences and events
• Prepare and submit expense reports, meticulously tracking receipts and documentation to streamline processes
