
Job description
This position will report to Head of the Office of Airworthiness and is responsible for the planning, managing and technical performance of one or more emerging, developed or mature engineering program(s). Manages both domestic and international programs including the development of program plans and delivery methodologies.
Manage all phases of the airworthiness support to domestic and international program(s) from conceptualization through completion, including estimation, acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance to ensure quality, business, and financial objectives are attained.
Responsible for decisions that could impact outcomes where erroneous decisions could cause serious schedule delays and expenditure of additional time and resources. Must have technical leadership and excellence, and be able to participate in the planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of the required management, professional, and technical talent.
