
Job description
Lead development and execution of training programs and customer support operations, overseeing significant content delivered by a subcontractor in support of the Canada Ministry of Defense RPAS program. Proven track-record of planning and executing complex, cross-functional projects and experience in military aircrew and/or maintenance training.
Lead all phases of program(s) from conceptualization through completion, develop and coordinate program plans, collaborate with technical staff and management, interact with customers and management representatives, and ensure technical leadership and excellence.
Ideal candidate will have a strong collaborative mindset, deep understanding of training analysis, curriculum development, and material development, and significant experience in the provision of military aircrew and/or maintenance training.
