Welder (Repair)

Welds shell plating, fabricated cast or forged components according to specifications for vessels, tanks or other structural assemblies.

Requirements

• Previous experience or training is required
• Must be able to qualify in two gas shielded FCAW welding processes 71T-1 and 811N3 in the three positions
• Knowledge of welding characteristics of metal
• Must be able to work at heights, confined spaces, and any assigned shift
• Must comprehend written and verbal instructions (in English)
