Maintenance Reliability Engineer

Maintenance Reliability Engineer will improve MTTR/MCBF metrics using data and systems-based approach to maintain OEE glidepaths. The role involves managing the plant TPM program, maintaining reports to track overall health of the Maintenance department, and utilizing Maximo CMMS to track Maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience (engineering degree preferred)
• Ability to work independently and anticipate failures
• High problem-solving skills & experience in Continuous Improvement activities
• High level of oral/written communication & presentation skills
• Highly skilled in task management and prioritization
• Delegation and maintaining accountability of the team’s workload
• High level of interpersonal skills to effectively work with others and in a team environment
