Senior Software Product Engineer, Behavior Validation

Senior Software Product Engineer will play a key role in managing and evolving complex behavior validation products, building strong relationships with partner teams, and leveraging data-driven approaches to prioritize enhancements and guide roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, software product development, or technical program management.
• Strong ability to bridge technical and product domains, translating stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.
• Proficiency in Python for prototyping and data analysis.
• Experience with data-driven prioritization techniques (e.g., Pareto analysis) and roadmap planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across diverse teams.
