Director, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

Generate:Biomedicines is a new kind of therapeutics company that pioneers Generative BiologyTM to create breakthrough medicines. We are seeking a highly collaborative and hands-on Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to build and lead our external reporting and SOX compliance infrastructure as a newly public biotechnology company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong SEC reporting experience in a public company environment
• Experience building or significantly enhancing SOX compliance programs
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, or R&D-intensive industries strongly preferred
