Director, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting

Kyverna Therapeutics is seeking a Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements. The role requires a strong technical accounting background, experience with SEC reporting, and knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Ten or more years of relevant experience, including significant SEC reporting and technical accounting experience
• CPA required
