Director of SEC Reporting

We're seeking a Director of SEC Reporting to lead the end-to-end SEC reporting process, author critical public disclosures, and provide technical accounting leadership for a growing, publicly traded retail client.

Requirements

• CPA certification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct public company SEC reporting responsibility
• Proven track record authoring and filing SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Section 16, proxy statements)
