The Director of SEC Reporting is a senior finance leader responsible for the integrity, transparency, and timeliness of the Company’s external financial reporting and regulatory disclosures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, or financial reporting roles within publicly traded companies and/or Big 4 or national public accounting firms
- Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX, ICFR, and disclosure controls and procedures
- Proven experience working with SEC reporting platforms such as Workiva
- Strong judgment and ability to interpret and apply complex accounting and disclosure guidance
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines, multiple priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience interacting with external auditors, legal counsel, and senior leadership, including Audit Committees and Boards
- Leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing finance professionals
