Job Description
The Counsel will serve as a trusted legal partner to Generate's team across a diverse portfolio of transactions, including debt and tax equity financings, M&A, and other matters core to the operation and management of our energy and infrastructure assets.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- Approximately 4–8 years of legal experience
- Experience at a leading law firm or in-house representing borrowers and/or lenders in project finance, tax equity, construction finance, or infrastructure lending transactions
- Familiarity with energy or infrastructure asset classes, including renewables, digital infrastructure, or large-load power
