Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, hospitality, reception, or a related customer-facing role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural warmth
- Prior experience in a service-oriented environment; hospitality, high-end reception, or executive support backgrounds are a strong plus
- A proactive, 'willing to do anything' attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
- Comfort with basic vendor management and an eye for evaluating whether current partners are truly the best option
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with office automation tools (e.g., visitor management systems, desk check-in platforms)
- Excellent judgment and discretion in a professional, fast-paced environment
- Interest in growing into a more senior administrative or Executive Assistant role over time
