Job Description
The Data and Evaluation Intern is responsible for supporting the integrity, organization, analysis, and strategic use of data across Generation Hope’s direct services programs. The intern will gain hands-on experience in program evaluation, learning how data informs decision-making, strengthens program quality, and drives organizational strategy.
Requirements
- Support database management, ensuring systems are accurate, organized, and user-friendly
- Conduct data cleaning to improve data quality and reliability across programs
- Design and maintain Excel-based tracking tools that support program monitoring and decision-making
