Current RN or LPN license, 2-3 years of experience as a MDS Nurse, and CPR certification required
Respiratory Therapists - PRN DAYS - 8 or 12 hour shifts
2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or LTACH, graduate of accredited Respiratory Therapy program, and experience using PCC or Matrix
Licensed Practical Nurses - NEW RATES!
Current LPN license, experience with PCC, and previous experience in short or long-term care facilities
RN Clinical Support Supervisor - Evenings 3-11p
2 years of post-acute nursing experience, Associate’s degree in nursing
COOKS - Full Time Day Shift
Experience working in a healthcare facility, Food Service Sanitation Certification, and strong organizational skills required
Housekeepers, Full-Time Day Shift
High school diploma, housekeeping experience, and confidentiality
