RN Clinical Support Supervisor - Evenings 3-11p

Generations at Applewood Seeks a Full-Time RN Clinical Support Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3p-11p) in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include direct resident care, supervising and directing floor nurses and CNAs, and maintaining good rapport with residents and families.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse, currently licensed in the State of IL
• Minimum of two-years of post-acute nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient PC skills-Microsoft Word and Excel; Working competency using Matrix
• Excellent organization skills required
• Ability to promote and restore Residents’ health by developing day to day management and planning, direct staff
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to provide both physical and psychological support to the resident and their family and friends.
• Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices
• Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
• Satisfactory criminal background check
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
• Flexible, collaborative and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
• Associate’s degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
