Licensed Practical Nurses Full-Time Day shift

Generations at Applewood is a beautiful 24-hour rehabilitation and skilled nursing community offering quality healthcare services to residents throughout the Chicagoland area. Generations at Applewood was recently remodeled and features a 30-bed short-term rehab-to-home unit as well as longer-term care units.

Requirements

• Current LPN license from the State of Illinois
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) Documentation
• Previous experience in a Short or Long-Term Care facility or LTACH preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills; detail oriented
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
