Office Manager, Full Time - Skilled Nursing Facility

Generations at Applewood in Matteson, IL, has an Immediate Opening for a Full Time Office MANAGER with healthcare office administration experience. This is a Day Shift position from 8:30a-5:00p, with some nights, weekends or holidays. Salary: $50,000-54,000 Depending of level of experience working in a skilled nursing setting. Requirements

• New Hire Processing and Facilitating Orientation
• Process bi-weekly payroll
• Interviewing, Hiring and Managing reception staff
• Organize and submit payables
• Sort mail
• General office duties
• Weekend rotation as Manager on Duty
• Supervise and hire Receptionists and Medical Records
• Other administrative duties under the direction of the Administrator
