Wound Care Coordinator (RN/LPN) responsible for skin evaluation, medication application, and patient education. 2 years of experience required. Flexible hours, weekdays only. $85,280 - $93,600 depending on certification.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license from the State of Illinois
• Wound Care Certification (WCC) or Vohra Certificate
• Wound Care Coordinator experience - 2 years
• Round with physicians and develop/maintain quality Wound Care programming for the facility
• Personable and professional with residents, families, and staff
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents’ information in compliance with HIPAA standards
