Job Description
Generations Family Health Center is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide primary care services to all ages, including medical, dental, and behavioral health care. The ideal candidate will have an M.S. or D.N.P degree from an accredited school of nursing and be board certified.
Requirements
- M.S. or D.N.P degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Board certification
- Current licensure in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain license in the state
- Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance License
