Job Description
Generations Family Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to patients of all ages in Norwich, CT. The ideal candidate will have a M.S. or D.N.P degree from an accredited school of nursing and be board certified.
Requirements
- M.S. or D.N.P degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Board certification
- Current licensure in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain license in the state
- Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance License
