Job Description
Recruitment Sales Representative to expand client relationships and identify new client accounts. Responsible for in-person client meetings and sales pipeline management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of field sales, recruitment sales, staffing, or job board sales experience
- Background in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Staffing, or HR solutions
- Proven ability to prospect, close, and manage client accounts
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to diagnose hiring needs
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and phone communication skills
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other sales productivity tools
