Job Description
Hire Entry is seeking a driven Recruitment Sales Representative to expand client relationships and identify new talent for entry-level positions. The role requires in-person client meetings, local market outreach, and active pipeline management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of field sales, recruitment sales, staffing, or job board sales experience
- Background in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Staffing, or HR solutions preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and phone communication skills
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling abilities
