Recruitment Sales Representative – Hire Entry

Hire Entry is seeking a Recruitment Sales Representative to expand client relationships and identify new business opportunities. The role requires building long-term client relationships, promoting job board and recruitment solutions, and managing a field-based sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of field sales, recruitment sales, staffing, or job board sales experience
• Background in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Staffing, or HR solutions preferred
• Proven ability to prospect, close, and manage client accounts in a face-to-face sales environment
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to diagnose hiring needs
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and phone communication skills
• Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales opportunities simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other sales productivity tools
