Job Description
GenesisCare is seeking an experienced Employee and Industrial Relations Advisor to join their People and Culture Team. The role will involve providing expert employee and industrial relations advice, supporting enterprise bargaining activities, and managing complex employee relations matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in an employee and industrial relations role
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading elements of enterprise bargaining
- Solid experience managing complex ER cases, including employment disputes and claims
