Job Description
GenesisCare is seeking a Patient Services Officer to join their founding team at a brand-new Cancer Centre in Werribee, Melbourne's West. As a Patient Services Officer, you will provide patient-centred customer service, manage patient records, and work collaboratively with clinicians and the wider care team.
Requirements
- Experience in a patient-focused administrative or customer service role
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with medical administration systems and Medicare billing processes is desirable
- Diploma of Medical Administration or equivalent experience preferred
