We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Patient Services Officer to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, book and confirm patients for appointments, and ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

• Proven experience to work successfully both independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional phone manner and ability to handle a high volume of patient inquiries
