Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative role with strong outbound prospecting focus
- Demonstrated success generating pipeline through proactive outbound engagement
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with tools such as 6sense, Lusha, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional-level English proficiency
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-threaded organizations
