Business Development Representative

Genesys empowers organizations to improve customer experiences by creating the best experiences for their customers and employees. As a Business Development Representative, you will generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, engage prospective customers, and work closely with Account Executives to support revenue growth.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales-related role within SaaS, CX, or technology environments
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders
• Mature, professional, and commercially aware mindset
• Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools preferred
