Job Description
Genesys empowers organizations to improve customer and employee experiences through AI-driven technology. As a Business Development Representative, you will generate pipeline, engage customers, and work with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales-related role within SaaS, CX, or technology environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools preferred
