Requirements

• Lead business-focused discovery sessions and CX workshops to understand customer goals and challenges
• Design and present AI-driven solutions that demonstrate business outcomes and value
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for executive and non-technical audiences
• Partner with Sales to define winning strategies on complex opportunities and guide customers through their technical and strategic decision journey
• Mentor and coach other Solution Consultants, sharing best practices and innovative approaches
