Senior Account Executive

Senior Account Executive role involves driving enterprise growth across Denmark by acquiring new customers and expanding Genesys Cloud adoption within strategic accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience focused on new business acquisition within SaaS, AI, CCaaS, or cloud platforms
• Demonstrated success acquiring new enterprise customers within the Danish market
• Strong experience in pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and strategic account development
• Proven ability to manage complex, competitive sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Willingness to travel frequently within Denmark and across the region as required
