Requirements
- 10 years of experience in a technology-related field
- Bachelor's Degree in a technology or business-related field
- Familiarity with customer experience (CX) industry and technology
- Experience working with customers to deliver AI/Digital solutions
- Ability to build relationships and engage with customers digitally
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Leadership skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in productivity tools, CRM tools, and online communities
