The company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development Mexico to lead a high-performing Business Development function that drives consistent pipeline creation while elevating prospecting sophistication through data, technology, and modern engagement strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or business development within a SaaS or cloud-based environment
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing sales development or business development teams
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets through team leadership
- Demonstrated success improving conversion metrics and pipeline quality in high-growth environments
- Strong experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and leveraging data to drive decision-making
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership
- Experience leading change management initiatives and implementing scalable processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align execution to broader company objectives
