Requirements

• Resolve network and infrastructure incidents through hands-on troubleshooting and remediation
• Monitor observability, AIOps, and event management platforms to identify anomalies and performance issues
• Perform incident triage and correlation to determine probable cause and appropriate routing for deeper investigation
