Job Description

The company is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their Growth team supporting customers across the United States. This role will involve designing AI-powered CX strategies and solutions, delivering and supporting engaging proofs of value, and identifying and articulating AI workflows.
Requirements
- AI fluency with a portfolio as proof
- Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solutions architecture
- Strong interest or background in CX, CCaaS, and AI workflows
- Demonstrated understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, and integrations
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience or desire to work with enterprise customers and stakeholders
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Growth mindset—eager to learn, collaborate, and develop into a top-tier SC
