Field Engineer

Provide on-site and off-site professional services to Genetec customers and Partners, including proof-of-concept, staging, system deployment and commissioning, audits, system assessments and acting as a general liaison between Genetec and its customers.

Requirements

• Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (detail-oriented)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to listen and to adapt to different personalities and situations
• Comfortable interfacing with key individuals at major accounts in sensitive situations
• Effective organization and time-management skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced technical environment
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport
