As a Dedicated Customer Support EMEA Engineer, you will collaborate with different departments to maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and provide technical support and training to maximize system use.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
• Ability to analyze, solve problems, and make decisions
• Ability to collaborate and encourage internal communication
• Competence to establish and maintain lasting client relationships
• Flexible and adaptable in problem-solving situations
• Professional proficiency in English and French (a third language is a major asset)
• Previous experience in software support / remote deployment appreciated
• Good mastery of Windows operating systems and their key components
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment (switches, routers)
• Knowledge of network principles, protocols, and storage solutions
• Familiarity with server virtualization and client-server architecture
