Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, with a focus on adult learning, sales enablement, or channel partner enablement
- Strong command of instructional design, learning technologies, and facilitation best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultative skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing or mentoring direct reports
