Job Description
Case Management Coordinator role providing support to Case Management (CM) nurses and clients for workers’ compensation (WC) claims, with responsibilities including triage referrals, handling protected health information, and attending training/educational classes.
Requirements
- An active Nursing license in the Philippines
- At least 1 year experience in US Healthcare
- Clinical Experience is an advantage
- Experience in Workers’ Compensation preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in decision making, problem solving, and time management
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and general computer literacy
