Agents/Dispatchers - Towing and Roadside

We are seeking dedicated Agents/Dispatchers for our Towing and Roadside Assistance team to coordinate timely and effective service delivery and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within the towing or roadside assistance industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
