Associate Director, TQS Data Engineering & Infrastructure

We are seeking an Associate Director, TQS Data Engineering & Infrastructure to create high-quality data products that integrate preclinical and clinical translational datasets.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
• 8+ years of data engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
• Strong experience with Databricks and AWS services
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and data testing frameworks
• Scientific knowledge in oncology is a plus
