Director, Legal Counsel

Genmab is looking for a Director, Legal Counsel to support its US Market Operations organization. The role involves reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements, providing legal training, and supporting commercialization efforts.

Requirements

• JD or LL.M. from an accredited law school
• 4-8 years of relevant work experience in the life science industry or in a law firm servicing life science clients
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating relevant agreements
• Commercially-minded and solution-oriented
• Proven ability to work collaboratively on a cross-functional teams
• Experience working in an international environment
• Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiating skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in teams
• Good sense of quality combined with personal drive and a positive attitude
• Proactive and open-minded
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced and changing environment
