Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager, CRM Platform Architecture & Innovation to lead the evolution of our CRM technology landscape. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership of the CRM platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years overall in CRM; 6+ years as a Salesforce/Veeva admin–developer in life-sciences (pharma/biotech) commercial & medical domains
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer (mandatory); Veeva CRM Admin or equivalent (preferred)
