Genpact is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Digital Sales – Agentic AI to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and closing revenue-generating opportunities in both new and established accounts, leveraging curated and repeatable offerings to drive transformation within specified vertical industries.
Requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor in building relationships, partnering with Genpact Sales, SMEs, and Solution Architects, and supporting clients in evaluating complex business challenges.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of client businesses and digital technologies to develop transformative value propositions.
- Proactively seek, identify, and cultivate new opportunities for our proprietary Agentic SaaS solution.
- Provide domain expertise and digital solution support to internal teams, participating in RFIs, RFPs, proactive bids, client-facing envisioning sessions, demonstrations, assessments, and workshops.
- Manage revenue and booking targets for assigned SaaS products, ensuring revenue forecasts and status are accurately maintained within the enterprise CRM system.
- Contribute to expanding Genpact's market presence by assisting in the development of new offerings and thought leadership initiatives.
- Oversee delivery estimates, solution design, and pricing for proposed client solutions; work closely with Genpact and client legal teams during the creation and review of commercial agreements, including License/SaaS agreements, SOWs, and change requests.
