Job Description
Genpact is seeking an Assistant Vice President (Finance & Accounts Operations) to lead operations and transformation, drive analytics/Gen AI, and manage existing BAU accounts. The incumbent will design innovative finance solutions, lead service delivery, and build client relationships.
Requirements
- Partner closely with clients to understand business objectives and operational pain points
- Lead service delivery for Oder to cash, P2P, R2R, and FP&A teams and build client relationships
- Drive AP transformation through agentic AI, delivering autonomous processing, predictive controls, and measurable business outcomes at scale
- Own cascading and driving all operations modernization initiatives
- Identify and run value share and revenue assurance programs
- Problem-solving through the right combination of digital and process interventions
- Execute projects including large scale hackathons and digital interventions
- Collaborate extensively internally to define and deliver our key projects
- Interact with senior-level leadership from Sales, Global Operations leaders, Solutioning teams, and functional teams to drive the common agenda
