Assistant Vice President - Finance & Accounts Operations

We're inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Record to Report, where you will lead a large R2R team and be responsible for continuous process improvement and adaptive to change.

Requirements

• Lead large R2R team in areas of General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Account Reconciliation
• Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings
• Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
• Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and bring up performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs
