Job Description
Genpact is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Record to Report, to lead large R2R teams in General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Account Reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading large teams in R2R domains and excellent knowledge of ERP Applications, Workflow Tools, and Robotic Process Automation.
Requirements
- Lead large R2R team in areas of General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Account Reconciliation
- Develop and lead effective working relationships in the organization and actively collaborate closely with all Key Stakeholders
- Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings
- Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
