Genpact is seeking a visionary and accomplished individual to lead the GCP Business Group Practice as Assistant Vice President. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and strategic expertise in GCP services, architecture, and cloud solutions, and will drive differentiated offerings, presales, and solutioning efforts in the GCP Business Group.
Requirements
- Define and own the existing and future set of offerings with GCP
- Work closely with R&D teams, marketing and sales to create and take these offerings to market
- Provide Presales and Solutioning support to the sales organizations
- Collaborate with clients and senior leadership to deliver value proposition of the GCP CoE and its contribution to the organization's growth
- Own the talent strategy and build for the Genpact’s GCP business
- Partner with the GCP global alliance lead to cultivate and nurture an effective relationship
- Collaborate on joint initiatives, sharing insights and perspectives to enhance the partnership's impact
- Leverage proprietary intellectual property (IP) owned by the company to create differentiated offerings on the GCP platform
- Drive the identification, assessment, and development of solutions that merge the IP with GCP services
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies
- Develop compelling messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools to support business development efforts
- Lead a team of experts to architect, design, and develop innovative solutions that harness the capabilities of GCP
- Ensure solutions align with best practices, standards, and compliance requirements
- Establish the GCP Business Group as a thought leader in the industry by contributing to webinars, whitepapers, industry events, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Drive engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and expertise
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success and impact of GCP Business Group initiatives
- Regularly report on progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
