Genpact is looking for an Assistant Vice President to drive joint go-to-market success by supporting the sale and solutioning of cloud deals aligned with partner offerings. The role involves collaborating with Genpact Sales teams, Alliance teams, and partner field teams to strengthen account-level engagement, co-lead campaigns, and convert high-potential opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on cloud solutions (AWS and/or Databricks strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in leading complex, cloud-led digital transformation engagements within large enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of cloud partner ecosystems, including co-sell motions, commercial models, and solution architecture fundamentals
- Strong executive presence, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business leaders)
- Consistent achievement of revenue, pipeline, and margin targets in a quota-driven environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Alliances, Offerings, and Delivery teams to drive integrated go-to-market execution
- Willingness to travel (25–100%) based on client and business needs; occasional driving may be required
