Requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor by supporting relationship-building efforts with clients, in collaboration with Genpact Sales, Alliance teams, and SMEs/Solution Architects.
- Identify and develop cloud-led opportunities, anchored in Genpact’s partner-aligned offerings within the AWS or Databricks ecosystem.
- Build deep familiarity with the partner technology stack, understanding key features and differentiators to drive solution-led conversations and engagements.
- Serve as the liaison between Genpact and AWS/Databricks field teams, enabling seamless account-level collaboration, supporting joint campaigns, and enhancing partner alignment.
- Collaborate across internal sales teams (LCPs, Tech Sales, Data & AI Sellers) to support solutioning and drive conversions for high-value opportunities.
